Bad trader. Deliberately ignores PM's, lies about items.

I bought a 5900 Ultra from him, he said the card "was a 5900 Ultra, but I lost the original bios, so it's a 5900 Vanilla right now, it WILL flash back to a 5900U"

I found the same bios file, same PCB revision, everything matched up. No flash. The card progressivly got worse since I got it, and he has ignored SEVERAL PM's and emails from Anandtech. It's been almost a month since this "transaction" has taken place, and I've still only gotten a grand total of 3 PM's from him after he got payment. Up until I paid, he had AWESOME communication.

So I'm stuck with a dead card, and no communication from the seller.

I'm no saint here, but this guy makes me look like one. My first negative, and I hate to leave it, but this is ridiculous.
